I need a plugin made that will help us insert UTM param values in to hidden fields in gravity forms. I did some googling and the closest thing i found was this

The flow would be basically that we can go and update all of our existing forms to add these optional UTM params, like you see in the video with the above code. our current Gravity forms submit to an external party via webhook and we would want make sure these fields go along with the rest of the gravity form... probably no work here but we want to be sure.
The code above i think has mention of an Active Campaign field which is not applicable to us so we would want to remove that.
I noticed some js code in the repo which im assuming is responsible for grabbing the parameters out of the url field ans setting to a cookie? if yes, I would like a setting on the plugin page that will let me specify if the cookie is persistent for a session or for X days. assuming they leave the site and come back we would have the original UTM cookie data and could still put it in the form. if they hit another UTM link then we would just update our cookie values with the last ones they interacted with. and one last detail in the data we post we would want to get the date/time the UTM data was recorded so we know when they originally clicked our link
Lastly we would rename the plugin to something else and would want you to check that its optimal and compatible with current WP versions since the above repo hasnt been updated in 3 years.
