Create an WebView simple page app for iOS and upload it online

Hi, what i need is to create a App for users to use it on mobile and tablet.

Just a splash screen for few seconds when the user opens the app (the first time or if it's closed)

Then show the web link through webhook.

If they press the back button it should just close the app

Then upload it to Apple Store on my account.

I already created it for Android devices. You can check it out on Google Play Store.

I need the same thing for iOS devices

And if possible, right now i have my name showing up on the apple account. if you can rename it to show my company name is fine.
