create wordpress plugin for Woocommerce to track product cost

We need an addin to track the cost of products added to woocommerce. We purchase many items at auction and need to add items to one Purchase Order (PO) at a total price, then have the product cost change each time an item is sold. So if we spent $1000 on 10 items and 5 items sold, the cost will be $200 per item, but when a 6th item sells total cost will be $166.67 for each item. These items could be the same product with multiple quantities, multiple products with multiple quantities, or single product.
We also need reports created to show profit by PO, percentage of PO sold, and maybe a couple other reports. All with the standard date range they have for orders.
They have a similar plugin [login to view URL] but doesn't have everything we need.
