Design and publish Prestashop

I am looking for a top designer and Prestashop expert that can build a prestashop template that can be used for our webshop. In the websop we sell sculptures. The product catalog is already filled with products: [login to view URL]

Price rate should be per hour, (no fixed scope and quality assurance)
We have a scope of work, but
Here's some details:
* Design is mostly important, please send reference/proposal for upgraded logo
* Currently Prestashop is installed with a standard template. This one is fine, with some changes in colours and images. But recommendations for other 'nice' templates are welcome
* products/categories are uploaded already
* Old (basic) website: [login to view URL]
* new website Prestashop: [login to view URL]
* Delivery options are based on weight
* Need recommendations on "product filter"
* Webshop quality partner needs to be integrated: [login to view URL]
* Payment provider is installed but needs to be validated
* SSL needs be installed
* Website content will be delivered
* Most of the products can be picked up in the shop only, so no delivery at home. Some can be delivered. This should be configurable per product and in the product detail pages, this should be clearly stated
