I am looking for fixing and adding a few features to my current project website:

It's been on and off project that I just wish to finish. I'm looking to get the following fixed:

Gallery:

Allow users to upload, delete and edit images

Store those images in WP Media Library

Allow users to see ONLY their images and Admins (User ID #1)

Image Editor:

Fix the image editor

Allow users to Select an image in Image Editor page that they’ve uploaded to WP Media Library

Allow users to Upload new Images directly into the Image Editor page

Allow users to save the Images into WP Media Library from Image Editor page

Allow users to Download the Images from Image Editor page

User Membership:

Allow users to create, delete and edit posts

Allow users to see ONLY their posts and Admins (User ID #1)

Block user access to Back-End

Most of the items above are working fine but some have a couple of hiccups.

The Image Editor works on the Back-End flawlessly but not Front-End
