Enhancing and Solving my Android Mobile Application

I have an existing project on hand, alongside with a XAMPP localhost Database, that needs to be further enhanced and solved. This mobile application is one that allows users to take a form of assessment which will then recommend them a field of jobs based on their answers.
I would like to add certain features into the project. Some features are as listed below.
-A keyword search button.
-A button to put in binary numbers for a number of fields.
-Deleting of data from the database directly using the application itself.
-Deletes data automatically from database after a fixed number days.
-The ability to call in data from the database to be sent to another user.
