Existing Rating Site Enhancement

I need some enhancement done to my rating site they are as follows:

Add the shoe size into the registration page, with a dropdown box to select UK, Europe or US.

Above each picture to be rated, to put the username, age and shoesize, in bold colourful writing.

To incorporate a messaging service into the site, upon registration users to have the choice to recieve messages from other users yes/no.

To add a button / envelope icon to "send this user an instant message" should be above the photo along with username age and shoe size.

Once a user has recieved an instant message, an email to be sent detailing they have recieved an instant message and a link to login to the site.

Once a user logs in, an envelope icon with the wording 1 New Message to be displayed on the left hand panel inside the welcome box.

A facility to delete instant messages, compose and send.

To enable users to see more than one photo from the same person, could we also have a 'picture' icon above each picture to be rated and text saying 'View My Other Pictures', once clicked it should redirect to a page with thumbnails clickable to show a small picture and for that picture to be clickable to see the full size one.

When a user adds a photo, the user to be directed to the upload box, together with the conformation message that the photo has been added successfully.
