Help Upgrading from Struts 2.3 to the latest version

Help is needed to resolve JAR conflicts etc when upgrading from Struts 2.3.15 to the latest version. This project is an Eclipse Java web project with all of the dependancies in the JAR folder. It has an Ant script to build. Possibly converting the project to a maven project to facilitate future updates.
