Improvements to existing drupal site

1) understands how to host Drupal sites. We need a drupal site transferred from one domain and server, to another. We also need someone to be able to make sub domains with different version of site
2) We need someone to incorporate this or similar: [login to view URL]
3) Someone to work with out media module and editor, and customize the buttons for upoading a video (There are currently too many, and the video button isn't clear)
4) Someone to make our media module work for uploading video and images from mobile/tablet
I have attached pictures of editor and then the media module pop up for uploading the video. The pop up needs to work for mobile (right now it doesn't fit to screen on mobile, and upload video form can't be completed).
