[login to view URL] experienced programmer Hi I have a telgram/ whatsapp type platform. It was a platform created by another freelancer and is based on Socket.io. I would like to add the following: 1. a chatbot that can be customised for specific tasks- e.g. appointment scheduling, . Ideally the additional learning for these tasks must be simple to implement and be carried out by a non coding user. 2. enable the platform to serve forms (that can be filled out by the recipient and sent back to a server for storage and analysis. Database to be mysql.
The app is hosted on Microsoft Azzure and so the chatbot ideally needs to be created with the Microsoft AI platform.
