Integrate LinkedIn API within existing Laravel / Ionic framework

We have an existing social networking app for connecting college and high school alumni networks together. Within this app, we have enabled people to create accounts using Facebook, Twitter, and Google. For this project we need the developer to do 3 things:
1. Connect with LinkedIn. Enable sign in using LinkedIn credentials, similar to FB, Twitter, or Google.
2. Fully integrate Profile API. When user has connected with LinkedIn, user can pull data from their Positions, Headline, Organizations, Certifications, Skills, etc. All of this data must be stored within our MySQL database for each user connecting with LinkedIn.
3. Grab Connections and then reference our database to display which connections from LinkedIn are already on our app. There is an API for connections. We want user to be displayed which of their LinkedIn connections are already a member on our app, and display the name and photo of the person(s) who are connections and on our app.
The contractor we choose must be EXTREMELY expert on LinkedIn API documentation - [login to view URL]
ALSO - PLEASE READ - we really want a programmer who speaks ENGLISH well. They do not need to be perfect English, but my team all speaks English and you need to speak English.
Our app is built using Ionic and Laravel PHP.
We have MUCH more work after this project, so if you do a good job on this project, we have MUCH more work to do for more money.
