Description of the assignment:
Intranet, where guests can retrieve information, send us messages and where we get all the information about the individual guest.
Automation of a number of routines that are now manual;
On the basis of reasonably few master data about the individual guests, we have to make relocation plans, occupancy plans, outlets for what is to be advertised by apartments, monthly apartment cleaning plan, etc.
I'm running via a simple Excel schema where this master data is.
Then we manually retrieve the info about who is moving in the next 14 days and the user it to check out the plan. etc
The goal is to get a number of auto features based on master data - for example, send the list of vacancies every Monday to core customers,
Better sales and marketing on the website.
Increase the number of interested parties via webpage and automatic handling of these. So when a visitor visits will have a list of what is headed for a period, then it will immediately and we will get contact info so we can follow up. etc
