We are looking for someone to create us a new template for our store - the store is already live and we use joomla, hikashop and hikamarket.
The site is a marketplace like etsy and we already had a template created, however it still isn't working correctly, so we are looking for someone to design and create one from scratch for us.
The template must be fully responsive and work correctly for all mobile and desktop devices.
The winning bidder will need to have an exceptional command of english and we won't accept any bidder who does now have a minimum of 10 ratings at 5 stars (ratings must be recent!
You should also be aware that we will will work in milestones, but if you have read this job, you will know that we will not accept anyone that bids and then asks for money before the project is complete (this is in line with the freelancer rules) so, we will put milestones into the holding account, but we will NOT release anything until the template is 100% finished and working with our software.
You will need to have your own server to work from also.
We will also not accept anyones bid if you do not have enough experience with hikashop and hikamarket.
