Freelancer MUST be resided in Ankara or close by .
So if you do not live in Turkey please don't waste my time.
For now , this will be a small job to prove your skills, if you can do the job (You will be paid) then
we are looking for a long term relationship with you.

Need to modify a PHP library for Google short URL generation.
