Magento Ecommerce Site URGENT -- 2

I want a magento website to be developed by an expert. I have the design ready in HTML, you just need to develop the site with the following features.

Front end features

 Unlimited Categories, sub-categories and products listing as per the admin approval

 Product Search with keywords for the complete website

 Customizable product status such as in and out of stock etc. as mentioned within the admin.

 This module allows categorizing the products as new products, featured products within the homepage.

 Sorting Products by featured products, new products and price low to high, price high to low etc.

 Shopping basket to add/ delete or update the quantity of product(s).

 Add multiple products in single cart

 Tax and shipping cost will be automatically added to the cart. The shipping cost will be described by the seller/vendor while adding his product.

 Facebook, Google login for customers

 Guest login without registration

 Share with friend functionality.

 Subscribe or unsubscribe newsletter

 Live Chat (we will just integrate; client will need to buy the system)

 Place social media links Facebook, Twitter, G+ etc.

 Enable share options to share on your Facebook wall, etc.

 COD check with pincode

 Promotional images and popups

Payment gateway integration; Paypal and one Indian Payment gateway (not yet decided)

Admin Panel

 Add/Edit/Delete products from frontend

 Admin will authorized any product category for products submitted by seller

 After admin approve/deny the listing, a trigger email will be sent to the seller

 Admin can manage all the users as well as vendors of the site, like adding and deleting of any user or vendor.

 Admin can manage all the products of the site.

 Admin can mention charges for COD

 Admin can mention discount on both category and subcategory or can give free shipping which will be automatic discount coupons managed through time which will be set by the admin to when to start the discount and when should the discount be stopped.

 All the banners and images and text and promotional images will be managed by the admin

 Content of following informative pages like - About us, Our Services, Terms & conditions, Privacy

Policies, blog page (design same like about page), Careers, Shipping Policies etc. will be managed by

CMS. Content & images to be provided by client.

 Manage Product Category and sub category

 Add/ Delete Product category/sub category with content and images

 Admin will manage the order status for all the users

User Panel:-

 User will see a dashboard to look a summary of his purchases and order history.

 View and track order Status

 Check Order history

 Customer receive mail on each stage of order - delivery, dispatch etc. (dispatch information will be added by the admin)

 My Account section where the user will update his/her personal information for the site.
