Messaging System -- 2

I am looking for a instant messaging system which:

1. has an attractive realtime chat UI

2. has mobile apps (iOS/Android) so that users can also reply via mobile

3. allows to respond to messages by email in case the receiver is not online on website. It should also update the messages & attachments sent via emails to message thread on website

4. can also be integrated with Joomla website such that chat window/tabs are shown at bottom
