Modify PHP plugin for Wordpress, adding a feature

I will give you the PHP zip source-code of a Plugin for Wordpress that already works well. It's current function is to loop through all Posts, and set their Last Modified date to a recent date. It uses Cron jobs, it has some user interface for the Admin panel of wordpress.

Your task, is to add a missing feature: I need it to update the Last Modified date of the homepage, and keep it being modified as time passes.

When the time comes to modify the homepage's Last Modified date, pick a date that is randomly between 3 to 7 days in the past, and set that as the Last Modified Date.

Then set a future date in a Cron job (or however this plugin works.. I'm not sure), that is 7 days in the future. So every 7 days, it will change the homepage's last modified date to new value.

I can give you an admin logon to a website, to test this.

I will be installing the plugin myself, on other sites, that have similar structure, but you can't rely on the homepage having the same name or id on each different site. So use proper wordpress calls to determine what is the homepage.

I need this in 2 days, please, so only bid if you are able to get to work on it, and focus on it completely until it's finished.

I'm adding one more change, desired in the code.
It currently enforces a range of 1 to 59 minutes, as the random time to wait, from when 1 post is changed, to the next post being changed. This is to simulate a human, who takes a finite number of minutes to edit a post. It works well for sites with a lot of posts.
However, now I am moving this plugin on sites that have generally only 4 posts, and I don't want them to always be updated every day. So I need to increase the upper limit.
Please change the code, to use 5760 minutes, which is like 4 days.
