I need for the image to display when i download PDF.. Now it only shows IMAGE NOT FOUND.. See screenshots for SOME of the codes,,,, might be a pulling the wrong data or need to re-write the image source to work on pdf as i have some info from google according to this IMAGE NOT FOUND..

No c/panel logins given don't ask.. Project for files only..Test User given yes for checking and testing in site.
