Need functional updates on existing video sharing website

I have a YouTube like website develped in PHP, MySql, which needs following updates.
1. Need to remove video player from home page instead need to put a custom banner ad, which need to be read from DB.
2. Need to add a custom client company name next to website name
3. Need to change the way popular channel is displayed [Instead of Subscribers + views need to change to views+likes]
4. Curretly every user is able to adding advertisements, need to change only Admin is able to add advertisements and should be showing in all the videos for speicified number of times.
