We need to migrate our existing Java based website into PHP website.
1. Website should be able to work on desktop and mobile as a responsive website
2. It should be a CMS based website so that we can provide Admin login to manage/edit the available slots for booking, change in slot prices and other related information.
3. Payment gateway for money trasaction
4. Website should be able to provide its own signup, facebook signup, google+ signup features
5. Need industry level standard of coding, maintainance of website should be easy.

1. Existing website with all source code + Mysql database (Expect payment gateways)
2. I can guide you in case any functional or techinical (Java/Databse) question/difficulties, as I am not much familier with PHP.
