Hi I require a simple (no complication) network system that is normally used in Internet Cafe.

The system would have two network/people (administrator and guest). The administrator is the provider of access to the network. The guest is only allowed to enter the administrator network using a 8-9 digit serial number provided by the administrator. The guest can use the network, connection, browser etc but the administrator can view all the viewings of the guest and can terminate them using the network at any moment.

Ideally the code must be written using [login to view URL] will do a test-run for two weeks to find any bugs then only the milestone will be released.

Please let me know your suggestion as well. We don't want anything elaborate as long it works effectively that's fine.
