I want the odds page written in PHP. I want to be able to paste this module on other sites I run other than this one and have the ability to modify. I have the XML Feeds from the sportsbooks and they are in Nevada Rotation order so they will appear as you see in the example. They must refesh like every 10 minutes.

I have a score XML Feed that can be imported for this in Nevada Rotatation order.

Must be easy to update if I need to import odds from other sportsbooks and to be able to delete them as well.

Each sportsbook must have it's name above the odds as you see and the name of the sportsbook must be linkable so I can place my affiliate code in the link.

We do not need the "Opener" field.

I am looking for someone who has experience with this. I will need to see proof of this. There is no member or user group needed. I pay no "up front" fees for the project and will pay once done to the specifications above. I need to see proof of progress and you may begin the project on your own server before placing the finish product on one of my sites.
