I need an online recruitment system developed from scratch, on top of this the selected developer will need to act as my technical advisor to ensure the most appropriate development platforms are used to build a scalable system that has the speed and security to handle large volumes of data and future expansion. There will also be long-term support required (external to this project) to act as my outsourced IT department as the system gains traction and future enhancements are needed.

This system is pretty much exactly what I want to be built... in addition to the actual recruitment system, there will be the front-end corporate website with a job board function as well.
Features and workflow, these are pretty close to what I need with only some minor workflow adjustments. The key points t look at from the example given are:
1. External job board and social media job distribution
2. Resume Parsing
3. AI and skills matching
4. Integration with third-party assessment tools
In addition to the BreezyHR job management features, I would also require a customer relationship management (CRM) module to manage customers and account transactions using an eCommerce system. This CRM must also be able to manage freelance consultants working in my business.
I am looking for a technology partner for the long-term, not simply to develop and forget this project. As such I would like the developer to take a long view approach to the reward structure. Work with me to get this developed and launched at a reduce rate to start with and long-term rewards will come.
