Hi i have a full functional app on app store BarberQ
i have a feature which requires users to input their mobile phone number
it uses the sendinblue function to check peoples mobile phone numbers and then send them a text to verify
the app requires users to put a +44 instead of 0 to begin with
most of our users are based in the UK atm
so i would like a simple rule for sending a text
If the user starts with 073482.. . then the number will be 4473482...
as users struggle with this quite a bit
if it starts with something else then ignore and just accept it
ie if it starts 4456789 it should stay as 4456789
