We need an expert PHP programmer to fix an issue with french accents after we've moved over to a new server. When we do a search or edit a MySQL database table containing french characters the existing code doesn't work or ignore the french characters.

We need someone to fix this ASAP! I will only tell the selected coder the login details and URLs so do not ask for them. I estimate it could take between 1 and 3 hours to fix this issue. Please provide bid based on that time and we'll adjust amount after if it takes more time!
