I need an application that receives feeds from daily scores and stats of the professional athletes from one sport and combines the data into a calculated formula that applies total points to each player. Displayed as a player score. I need the component and modules to display the top ten on home page and a search for any players scores.
Trophies I could enter manually but I will need to create them ready with various points per difficulty level of each one. So if a green team named tigers wins one, all the players of that team will receive the amount of points it offers and a small icon of that trophy in their data displayed. There is roughly 5-10 trophies a year so for example, if the highest trophy is won, each player on that team gets 10k points added to their total. Scoring adds points for that player based on the level of the trophy for that tournament.
I will work on the points breakdown to provide but I need to receive the data from a feed daily, and enter it into a database with the output displayed by formulas and if/else clauses etc.
Then the calculations displayed for each player queried.
Once it is designed, I will enter player images and whatever else is required to complete the look. I have experience with Joomla or wordpress and have basic knowledge of web design so I just need the component and modules developed on a blank Joomla or wordpress site then I will complete the rest from there.
