Retrieve sent emails from server and migrate to new account

A couple of days ago we migrated our websites and emails to a new reseller account. The emails sent after the migration started but prior to updating the DNS to point to the new servers aren't appearing in our inboxes. We need someone to retrieve these for a particular email address from the old server.
