Scraping products with images and pdf and import them into my shop

We need a PHP programmer to scrap data from a shop(PM me and I will tell you the url so you can see if its possible for you) AND import them to our shop. Its less that 10.000 products.
Requirements/Data to scrap from website:
- Category tree
- Product no.
- Productname
- Producer no.
- Product description - 1
- Product description - 2
- Productprice
- Product features/specifications - On click if available
- All product images - On click
- All pdf files
- All related product no.
- All replacement products
- All accessories product no.
You need to import 5 product for me to test and approve before you make the fully import. You need to be sure Danish chars(æ, ø and å) works well in the scrap and the import.
Requirements to the import of the products:
- Title of the product must be created of the first 30 characters of product description no. 1
- URL: Must be create from the title of the product - but MAX 50 characters
- Meta Title: Must be create out from the #product-title by max 55 characters and then add the "- Article no." to it
- Meta description: Max 155 characters of the product description(Should be cut by whole word)
- Meta keywords: Should be created by the #product title split up by comma
- Category tree: You need to import the categorytree aswell in my existing category - below cat: "/import"
- Products must have the assigned pdf file
- Pdf files must be uploaded in pdf folder
- all images - Images should be importet in imagefolder with max 300 images in each folder. The image should work proper with thump images and resize images in frontend.
- Price-update checkbox set to "enabled" and some other enabel/disabel productsettings I will tell you later on
- Important: Only import product in my shop If productcode does not allready exist in my shop!
- Important its not Magento my shop is - Its the software: cubecart5 - So please set up a test store and experiment there.
You need to import 5 products for me to check before you import the rest.

If you have already done such productimport, it gives you an added advantage to be awarded the project. Please note: No cure no pay! I need it done exactly like I need it. No upfront payment - Milestone will be made in to parts. One when scraping done and one when import done. Payment will be released when Im satisfied and only then.
