To allow each instructor to register their clients (past, present, future) in the general register of clients, with name, surname and contact details - phone, email.
3 types of session:privat subscription, semi-privat subscription, individual session
Allow each instructor to highlight sessions done with each client, payment date, remaining payment.
Each instructor will only have access to their own clients, this probably means specific log-in.
To allow the administrator to access the entire customer database, to be able to perform analyses; number of active clients, number of sessions consumed per client/per instructor/per time period, number of inactive/lost clients, who have not renewed their subscription, client receipts/receipts per instructor.
Active clients (who pay for sessions/subscriptions) should be highlighted separately, from payment to the performance of sessions, on the corresponding dates.
