simple online image editor

Hi,

I need to create a simple online image editor that contains the following features:

- pen tool: user can write free style, can change density, can pick a color..

- Text tool: user can write text in any place he needs on the image, can select one of 6 fonts, can pick color ..

- crop : can crop a part of the image ..

- Zoom tool: can zoom in and out image using zoom slider image..

-rotate tool, can rotate the image 90 degrees each time pressed

-Save Image tool: will save the image on the temp images folder and give it a unique name and then display then redirect to the image's url so the image will appear on the screen.. also it will add a blank area under the image with the website's url as a text on it..

Notes:

- The dimensions has to be flexible, meaning the image and controls will adjust to screen size, if user has any screen size (laptop, tablet, different phones ...etc) the whole platform will adjust itself to the screen size, also the image will be fit to screen and user can zoom it in or out using the zoom tool..

- The captions (Tooltips) of the controls will be in Arabic, I will provide the Arabic words corresponding to each control..

- this web application must work on all platforms: windows, android, ios...etc (i.e. don't use flash, flash only works on computers, use php or html5 only)
