simple reverse auction

hello im after a coder with experience with reverse auctions ... im after a very simple reverse auction website where users list a job and then workers can see the job and bid on how much they will do it for and out bid each other to make the auction cheaper for the user.

im mainly after someone who has built one so we can use that code base and just skin a template for it and customize it to my needs.

you can also use a free open source code if you have experience with it.... i want to use existing code as much cheaper and im under time pressure and need this made in 5 days.

i run a web development company in new zealand and need coders that are competitive in price , can build for web as well as ios and android.

there is alot of much bigger jobs for the right person... im after a long term relationship.

please respond with an example of a reverse auction you have built or an auction site and explain how you will make it a reverse auction... i dont want any other examples or templated responses i will delete you without reading your proposal
