Stream Manager - Wowza control panel -- DON'T BID IF YOU DON'T KNOW WOWZA PLEASE!!

We would like to develop a web app to Manage live stream and VOD, the application should be able to control different stream systems. we would like at this stage to start with controlling Wowza stream engine, more systems and/or encoders can be added in a later stage.

Wowza engine should be controller using REST API (not Java API).

Application sections:

- Dashboard > general overview of the manager system, its health, active streams ..etc.

- Configuration > 1- Manager System configuration eg. name, email, tz, language ..etc. 2- Wowza configuration > add/remove/manage wowza instances. 3-ftp configuration> to be used in VOD (not at this stage)

- Users > add/remove/manage system users, assign Wowza instances to users, etc.

- Apps > add/remove/manage applications/stream targets.

It is essential that the stream target support both FB and YouTube.

PS. There is a full design in PDF format will be provided upon request. PSD files will provided upon the final agreement.

PS. As for the php engine and web application, We would like to use Drupal 7 (open for discussion)
