we are looking to develop a student portal fro referrals to our social network.
Here are some details:
Student Portal
Goal: Is to get as many users on the site as soon as possible.
Objective: Is to empower a million students in Africa with
shares in our social network. 10 million users.
How: The Registration Process
- The students must register specifically for the student program.
- Once registered he/she will refer users to the site. These
users must register with a unique referral link that will associate that
user to the referring member.
Once the students have 20 ACTIVE users on MyCtalk for 1 month he/she
is rewarded with 1000 shares.
No incremental amounts will reward, they will not receive share until
criteria above met
This process must happen automatically updating a database which
reflects the student details and amount of shares rewarded.
There must be a way to ensure that users that are registering under
this program are not fake or dummies. These users can be fellow
students which should the automatically start to participate in the
same program.

Registration Form Format
Back Office System
The system at the back end must be able to read this form. As soon as
20 referral numbers match students number the server database are
updated with all registered details. The details are then
automatically populated as a phase certificate that is sent via e-mail
to the student with congratulations on being awarded 1000 shares.
The website is built with Moosocial social networking software and Cake PHP.
