Update wordpress custom plugin datepicker function

So i have a custom wordpress plugin that needs to be updated on the functionality, right now it's working but not in the way i want it to work. so basically:
Property Owners should be able to create reservations for the dates they have an assigned slot (via the date picker)
Property Owners should be able to create reservations for the turnover day (4pm) until the next turnover day (10am)
Property Owners should only see their available slots when creating a reservation
The available slots will display on the date picker
The date picker will display dates; from turnover-to-turnover (example: from Monday 4pm to Monday 10am)
The reservation will display only once on the calendar
The reservation will display only once on the list of reservations
The calendar will reflect the exact dates displayed on the reservations
Admins will see all available dates when creating reservations for Property Owners
If possible make this available from within the calendar view; instead of the Reservations
I need this done ASAP so if you're not available to start right away and I need someone who is ok in joining calls on google meet
