Web service - social media services

I prefer someone who has made similar system and is familiar with the market of social media services trade. I am interested to know the best freelancers offer and I want to compare it to the offer I have of buying a made ready service.

This is a web service for social media services trade and management.

External user can create his account (define invoice data), pay in advance, select and order services (set quantity and destination). After order placement system automatically do deduction of payment from user account and alter order completion email with notification is sent, need also a low funds on account email notification.

User can ask order related questions and admin needs email notification and interface to respond (order related communication with customer).

Admin user can define list of suppliers, services, categorise and describe them (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc), upload image, define instructions for ordering page, set default supplier and % margin on cost.

Some automatic communication/ data exchange with service suppliers (purchasing price and services ordering – when ordered by external customer info goes to supplier, info about order completion status).

Will need also a build in service – external user can order daily email reports with web search/scan for black SEO, bad reviews, some news related to his key words (his company, business).

Admin will need interface for manual correction of external user account balances – with reason description.

Admin will need interface for setting „About us, Terms of use”, automatic email content, email addresses for order related communication.

Time restricted price discounts setting – message which is displayed for 7 days after first visit – with % price discount. If external person buys within 7 days he gets discounted price.

Time restricted price discounts setting – message which is displayed for x days on the ordering page – with % price discount. If external person buys within set dates (from - till) s he gets discounted price.

Contact us form with easy readable captcha.

2 languages user interface and static text translation/ settings.

Integration with some international and one Polish payment provider (available documentation in English for developers)

Nice home page with some content management tool.

Automatic invoice after payment – sent by email and stored on server. Invoice document will need to be available in 2 languages and contain summary converted to Czech currency by fixed exchange rate...
