I would like to develop a plugin, which will enable us to filter blog Posts based on categories.

Features of the Plugin
1. Able to be used as a widget.
2. Can use Ajax or any other functionality to load posts.
3. Reload the pagination as well.
4. Load all the posts in the category.
5. Must have the same CSS look as the one given in example.
6. It should be fast to load posts just like a normal blog category would load.
7. Need to have a Backend as well to change the Settings, for Eg. the look of the Filters, Look of the Posts, which categories to show in Filter, How many Posts to show, option to either select Pagination or select Load More. Etc Settings.
