I need a plugin/script that can mass import video files as post..

Here's how i want it to work..
-Upload files from (media >> add media) of wp-admin.
-A post will be created automatically for every file.
-Title and tag will be taken from the file name.
-Attach the file,title, and tags into the newly created post.
INPUT FILES:

POST TITLE OUTPUT:
Name one and Name two - some text here
Name one and Name two - some text here
Name one - some text here
Name one and Name two and Name three and so on - some text here
POST TAGS OUTPUT:
Name one, Name two
Name one, Name two
Name one
Name one, Name two, Name three.....and so on

For the setting page..
-create a checkbox to turn on/off the auto import.
-Select which category will the imports go.
-Save settings button
