Wordpress theme custom API map broken

Background:
Wordpress theme has customized map (see reference image under project files), using JSON and Google Maps (API).
Worked partially in the beginning, everything but possibility to change location on map. Design was also intact as in reference image.
Removed the map element and re-added. Still doesn't seem to work.
Result of this project:
The map will look as it did originally (see reference image). API/location needs fix. Possibility to change location as intended must work.
Maximum of 1 day should be required for this task.
