Few changes on template, emails, forms of a Prestashop website

Hello,
I'd like to make some changes on a prestashop website
(url : [url removed, login to view])
- When customers create an account, delete the mention "click here to receive emails from partners"
- When customers create a shipping adress, make mandatory the telephone number field
- On one category and its sub-categories only (not on the entire website) : instead of the mention "AVAILABLE" on products, display "7 to 14 days"
- On confirmation order email sent to customers, replace the mention "{total_tax_paid}" by the real amount of VAT paid
- On homepage, rename "NOUVEAUTES" by "PRODUITS DU MOIS"
- On search page, the indicated price ("price from xxx€") is wrong : the highest price is displayed instead of the lowest
I've often changes like this to make on many prestashop websites, so i'm looking for a reactive, cheap and effective freelancer!
