Developer needed to integrate 3rd party software licensing solution for Python program

I have a program that I wrote in Python in the IDE JetBrains PyCharm.

I have managed to generate an EXE file and the program runs well on Windows (it only needs to run on Windows).

The next stage is that I want to sell it with a license and to have the customers install it easily without any issues.

So for this I see two main challenges:

1. Doing the integration with a 3rd party software licensing solution (like cryptolens or softwarekey or something else similar).

2. When I run the EXE I often get a message similar to that seen here:

If you can also resolve this that would be great.
