Update Boto3 in Python (AWS/Python)

I changed the key and secret key in AWS because a contractor posted the keys publicly in GitHub for some reason. Now the Python program won't upload files to AWS. I've updated the create PDF program code but don't know where Boto 3 is located to update that. If interested in this project please put the words AWS/Boto3/Python in your response so I know you've read this description.
There may be other files that need to be updated.
I have an ongoing need for someone willing to do lots of little Python projects and the occasional large one. Please respond if:
1. You are available today to take care of this short term issue.
2. You are available to complete Python code projects and will bill me based on time spent.
3. Can speak English clearly.
