Developer needed for building & designing Chrome Extension

We need a front-end developer to build a chrome extension that we install on the customer browser with the following specs:
- On first launch the extension should show a login form that connects to our API (Choose simple login or login with Google)
- Every few minutes, the extension renews the authentication token using a refresh token
- Extension will detect when the user is currently viewing a certain URL
- When the user is at this URL, the widget does an api call to our server.
- the api call returns a bunch of metrics, each metric should be shown to the user in a table (sorted by the server’s order)
- The extension should be implemented using React/Mobx and should be lightweight (as little 3rd party libraries as possible).
