I would like you to build a online certificate generator.
On page 1, it is the login screen
On successful login, you will see a dashboard.
On the dashboard right side, it will show you the past records of the patients and the links to download the PDF certificate. On the left side, there will be a function to allow you to drag and drop or upload a CSV file. The CSV file is a downloadable record from a medical device. Each row is a new patient data. A row has multiple columns, each column represents a particular data (for example, name, time/date, result, doctor name, etc)
I will need you to build a tool that will extract the data from the CSV file then it will map the data on predetermined

Each patient record will also be recorded in the dashboard displaying various information such as patient name, time/date, test results.
