I am beneficiary of 2 investments in my deceased husbands trust. Those 2 investments were to pay me monthly payments the remainder of my life.
Both investments have stopped and the trustee is not talking since 2015. -0- income to me. I would like to know what documents should I ask for in a forensic audit. In the accountant's summary of my husband's trust the CPA stated: The trustee has elected to omit substantially all required disclosures. If the omitted disclosures were included, they might influence the user's conclusions about the trust's assets and liabilities and changes therein.
