i18n: Multilingual / internationalize an existing Ruby on Rails application

We have an existing Ruby on Rails application (Rails version 6.0.3.2). All the front end text is hard coded in the view. We now would like to add multiple languages to the application and require someone to extract the hard coded text in the front end to the yaml files from the i18n internationalization library from Rails. No translation is needed, all you need to to is lay the groundwork for adding further languages.
Who will get the job:
- Must be familiar with the Ruby on Rails framework
