JOB DESCRIPTION
We require SEO professionals to provide SEO and link building services for our website, which is in the events directory market. Our web site is live since August 2010 and currently PR0.
We need first page ranking on [login to view URL] for 10 keywords which we will provide on request.
You have to analyze our website for proper SEO optimization to assist in achieving these results.
You will give advice on any way our site can be improved for SEO (we will undertake personally the work required)
PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
In the quote/proposal, we require that the provider will give full details of what approaches they intend to use:
- An analysis of our website and the relevant keywords, their likely ranking.
- Provide detailed SEO techniques and link-building you will use.
- Time to achieve this ranking.
- Previous results achieved.
Your proposal should include time estimations for each milestone (see below for milestone details).
TARGET
Desired duration of the project: 3-6 months.
You must target that at least seven 7 out of ten 10 keywords reach the first-page in 3 months and increase our page ranking to PR3 in 6 months.
REPORTING PROGRESS
We need weekly report from you to see the improvement and full report when job is finished.
In this weekly report a summary will be sent to us showing exactly which websites are linked.
Please provide following for the backlink
- The backlink page url and PR,
- The destination url on our web site,
- The anchor text
For the content\articles\blog posts and forum comments
- The source url and PR,
- The destination url on our web site,
- Content
PAYMENTS
Payment Milestone #1 when 2 keywords reach first page AND\OR Site PR = 1-> 25%
Payment Milestone #2 when 5 keywords reach first page AND\OR Site PR = 2 -> 25%
Payment Milestone #3 when 7 keywords reach first page OR Site PR = 3 -> 25%
Payment Milestone #4 when 7 keywords reach first page AND Site PR = 3 -> 25%
NOTE: milestones and time-frames for project are open to negotiation.
RULES NEED TO BE OBSERVED
- No black hat or grey hat methods, only white hat methods!
- Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised.
Links building should follow:
- No black hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work will be accepted.
- Backlink pages must relate to our site topic
- Link pages and our links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.
- Links must be permanent, static html links.
- One way links only, no reciprocal links.
- No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.
- No use of automated software or bots.
- No links from under construction pages.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.
- No paid traffic sites.
- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.
- Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider.
