On this Task we have to demolish the existing building as seen on picture two which is currently used as a gas plant learning for gas engineer students , and rebuild it in the car park area which is on the picture one. the existing building covers total area of 523.07 m2 (5.630.30ft2). total distance 124.96m (409.97ft) and the existing car park total area 700.23m2 (7.537.25ft2) total distance 122.66m (402.42ft)

all those works will be taking place whilst the college is running and most importantly the gas plant building must continue for the students to learn and safety must be in place so hording and security must be deployed. and arrangements to be made perhaps the transfer of the gas plant to be made during summer holidays . trees are protected and piling can be considered in order to protect trees. protected area can be used for storage but not for building on. services effecting the areas must be turned off and also dbs check to be carried out for everyone involved in the actual project since it is an education building and rules and regulations are stricter. regular meetings to take place preferably on Thursdays.

I would consider building the new building in the car park area first and use a summer time to remove the gas plant into the new building and demolish the old building during that time . in regards to the new building. it can be any shape and perhaps more floors to accommodate even more students for other learnings.

project plan needs to be done on a Microsoft project office I have included some templates on the attachments. logistics must be considered since the upper holly hill road and the road going thru the college are one way system so perhaps the holly hill road can be suspended in order to accommodate the plant and deliveries . also piling rig, generators, cabins ,offices, generators ,toilets ,stores, dry rooms, canteen, emergency kit, excavators' muck away lorries , concrete lorries, steel delivery , bricks and other materials to be arranged and laydown area to be included , forklift to be considered. health and safety high priority.

so, a quick recap

the car park area must be used to build a new gas plant building and the existing building to be converted into a car park. AutoCAD drawing to be made and hatched to give an example of the new building and have the floor areas distance and sqm2 and all the materials to be mentioned in the project plan
