Marketing Virtual Assistant - Motor Media Solutions

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media marketing? We are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our marketing team and assist in managing our social media presence, engaging with potential clients through cold DMs, and handling various marketing tasks. This role will require proficiency in communication, multitasking, and creative problem-solving. As our Marketing VA, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand visibility and engagement with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster brand loyalty and audience growth.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
Cold DM Outreach:
Initiate personalized direct messages to potential clients on social media platforms, introducing our products/services and nurturing leads.
Implement and maintain an organized system for tracking outreach efforts and responses.
Calendar Management:
Assist in scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events for the marketing team.
Ensure that the marketing team's calendar is up-to-date and well-organized, minimizing scheduling conflicts.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Help maintain marketing databases, conduct research, and assist in generating marketing reports as needed.
Content Creation Support:
Assist in creating visual content (graphics, images, etc.) for social media posts and marketing materials.
Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft compelling and personalized messages for cold DM outreach.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other productivity tools.
Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools like Canva is a plus.
Previous experience in marketing or a related field is an advantage but not required.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work efficiently.
