Social Media Manager

Important Hyper Growth Marketing company located in the USA is looking for a social media manager.
The perfect fit we’re looking for in this role must be able to dive deep into the understanding and management of all of the social media platforms required, show creative writing skills and storytelling management, and understand how imagery is vital to create engagement on social media.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Audience outreach and reaching out to influencers for shoutouts
- Creating and scheduling social media and brand strategies/activities in order to promote brand awareness with new and existing audiences
- Engaging with influencers, prospects, customers and partners via social media channels
- Driving customers and leads to the business via lead generation campaigns across social media channels
- Actively listening and monitoring key audiences and providing content and engagement ideas back to the team.
- Creating and delivering the right content and assets for all social channels
Main tasks:
- Determine and put into action the social media strategies required
- Look for and reach out influencers for brand promotions
- Create regular social media content calendar
- Work and communicate closely with the marketing area and other internal teams for content development
- Be in front of all aspects of the content creation process, including pitching content ideas, capturing event photos, managing video shoots and writing/editing content.
- Manage social media posts on social media channel including FB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube
- Lead social media advertising for a variety of end results (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.)
- Pay attention and reply to social media community and brand responses/comments
- Optimize social engagement and relevant content through constant measurement processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management for clients/corporations
- Native or fluent English language
- Availability to work within the USA timezone.
- Proven knowledge and experience using Facebook, Instagram, social analytics tools, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, detailed-oriented, eager-to-learn attitude and strong relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), time management and total commitment with deadlines (efficiency is a big value of ours)
- Ability to work with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Design skills with Canva, Photoshop or similar graphic design software is a plus
B2B social media experience is a plus
- Experience with social media content delivery systems (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus
