Microsoft CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0 Online Migration

We are looking to migrate our existing Microsoft CRM 3.0 on-premise installation to Microsoft CRM Online 4.0 Edition.

Microsoft does not have a direct upgrade between the two. To complete a successful migration the provider must:

1)Export existing CRM data to CSV format directly from the MS SQL Server

2)Use the Microsoft CRM Online Data migration manager to re-create custom fields and transfer CSV files to the online system

3)Re-organize forms in the CRM Online 4.0 version to match our existing customizations in CRM 3.0

Successful project completion will mean

1)All CRM 3.0 data is available in the new CRM 4.0 environment including custom fields, attached files, and history records

2)CRM 4.0 forms / views have been customized to the same specifications as the existing environment

3)All record relationships are maintained an valid.
